Once I've purchased a ticket, will I receive it by email?

  • Your ticket is exclusively in digital format. There will be no physical or paper ticket.

  • Closer to the event date, a QR Code for your ticket will be generated. This will be visible on the official Event Web App, which you can access using your registration credentials.

  • You will receive a dedicated communication when your QR Code is unlocked and ready.

  • To enter the event location, all you need is your QR code ready on your smartphone!

  • You can always verify your purchase by logging into your Reserved Area under the "Orders and Invoices" section.

Are the Tickets nominal?

Yes, every ticket is nominal and cannot be used by anyone other than the person it was assigned to. Each ticket must be associated with a user who is correctly registered in the Reserved Area.

However, you can change the ticket assignment up until the event's start date. This means that if you find out you can no longer attend before the event, you will be able to assign your ticket to a friend or colleague.

How do I log in to the Web App to view my Ticket?

To access the Web App, simply use the same username and password you created when you registered on our website.

Keep in mind that every participant will need to log in to the Web App with their personal credentials.

For easy access, you'll find a direct link to the event's Web App in your Reserved Area.

Who is eligible for free entry to the event?

People with Disabilities: Free access is granted to individuals with disabilities and one family member or other accompanying person who can demonstrate their affiliation with social and healthcare assistance services. To attend, please email info@aifestival.it with proof of disability and the participant's name, surname, and a valid email address.

Children under 14: A valid identification document proving age will be required at the Fair entrance. If the minor has an email address, we must be notified via email sent to info@aifestival.it to obtain the complimentary ticket.

Are there reduced ticket rates for children or teenagers?

Free entry is available for children under 14 if they are accompanied by a ticket-holding adult.

To get the free ticket for the child, email their name, last name, and contact email to info@aifestival.it

Are there concessions for people with disabilities?

Free access to the fair is granted to individuals with disabilities.
To request a ticket, please send the name, surname, and contact email address of the person who wishes to attend to info@aifestival.it. Our team will directly associate the ticket with your account.

What are the steps to associate the Ticket I bought?

You can easily associate the purchased tickets with the attendees directly from your Reserved Area.

We recommend doing this before the event to avoid any last-minute problems.

To associate the purchased tickets with other participants, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Reserved Area on www.aifestival.it using your purchase credentials.

  2. In the dashboard, find and click on "Tickets & Passes".

  3. For each attendee, enter their first name, last name, and email address in the provided slots. Note that the system will automatically assign one ticket to the buyer, but you can change this assignment.

  4. If the people you're assigning tickets to haven't registered yet, they will receive an email titled "Register to the Reserved Area to complete your registration" (advise them to check their spam and promotions folders).

    For successful association, It is important that everyone registers using the same email address provided by the buyer.

Can I change the ticket assignments after they have already been associated?

Yes, you can modify the ticket assignments up until the day before the event starts.

It will not be possible to change the ticket association once the event has started or after it has concluded.

In any case, the new participant will need to access the official event Web App using their own registration credentials and NOT with the previous ticket holder's credentials.

Please remember that the change can only be made through the account used to make the ticket purchase(s).

Is there a fee to change the name on the ticket?

No, changing the name associated with a ticket is completely free of charge.

However, please remember that you need to make the change before the event starts. This modification can only be done through the account used to make the ticket purchase(s).

It will not be possible to change the ticket association once the event has started or after it has concluded.

What is the deadline to change the name associated with a ticket?

You can change the name associated with a ticket until the day before the event starts.

It will not be possible to change the name once the event has started or after it has ended.

Can I change the name on a ticket on behalf of someone else?

No, ticket name changes can only be made through the account that was used to purchase the ticket.

All changes must be completed by the day before the event begins. Please make sure to finalize any modifications before this deadline.

Can I change the name on my ticket during the event?

No, you cannot change the ticket holder's name or "share" your ticket once the event has begun.

How do I access the Location? Is it necessary to print the QR Code?

Access to the venue will be via scanning the QR Code in your Web App profile upon arrival.

You do not need to print or download your QR Code for entry. Just have it ready on your phone within our Web App, which we recommend downloading.

If you are attending multiple days, you will need to scan your QR Code each time you enter.

Besides the QR Code, what other features are available on the Web App?

By accessing the platform, you will have several features available, including:

  • The ability to access your personal QR CODE, which you can scan to enter the Fair;

  • The ability to download your certificate of attendance;

  • Unlimited access to review all video recordings and training materials from the Stages (if included in your ticket);

  • The opportunity to connect with other participants in the Community section;

  • The chance to take advantage of Benefits offered by our Sponsors and Partners, which you can find on the Benefit Page in the Ibrida menu.

When will application outcomes be announced?

Depending on the specific call you participated in, you will receive feedback according to that call's timeline.

Please note that the time required to evaluate applications may vary based on the number of applications received. However, we will send an email to all applicants as soon as the review and evaluation process is completed. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Do I need an account to buy a Ticket?

Yes, creating an account on our site is required to buy a Ticket.

Our tickets are digital-only and need to be linked to an account for purchase.
However, if you are unable to attend or no longer wish to, you can assign the ticket to a different account.

How can I sign up for an account on the website?

To register and create an account, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the avatar icon located in the top right corner of the page.

  2. Select "Register" from the dropdown menu.

  3. You will be redirected to the registration page where you can enter your personal details.

  4. Once you have entered the required information, you can complete the registration and create your account.

I have forgotten my account password

If you've forgotten your account password, don't worry.

Simply click "Recover Password," and we'll email you a link to reset it. Just follow the instructions in that email to change your password.

If you don't see the email in your inbox, please check your "Spam" or "Promotions" folders.

I made a purchase, but I can't find my order history.

You can find information about your purchases in the "Orders and Invoices" section, accessible directly from your account dashboard.

Once you've logged in to your Reserved Area, locate and click on the "Orders and Invoices" section to view all the details related to your purchases.

Can I update my account's email address?

To change the email address on your account, please email us at info@aifestival.it from your current email address, stating the new email you'd like to use.

Important: We can only update your email if the new address isn't already associated with another account.

My Orders

I am unable to attend, am I eligible for a refund?

Refunds are not available for purchased tickets. However, depending on your ticket type and included services, you can still benefit even if you can't attend physically.

Depending on your ticket, this may include access to post-event video recordings and slides, the Job Placement service on the platform after the event, and networking opportunities with other attendees and companies.

Also, remember that you can always transfer your pass to someone else by assigning it to their name.

I made a purchase but haven't received my Ticket via email.

The ticket you purchased is exclusively in digital format, so there will be no paper ticket.

Closer to the event, a QR Code for your ticket will be generated and will be visible on the official Ai Festival Web App, which you can access with your registration credentials.

To enter the event venue, all you need is to have your QR code ready on your smartphone!

You can always verify your purchase in your reserved area under "Orders and Invoices."

I purchased multiple Tickets, how do I associate them with the other participants?

You can easily assign the tickets you bought to the other attendees yourself through your Reserved Area. Please do this before the event starts.

  2. In the dashboard, find and click on "Ticket and Passes".

Is it possible to upgrade the Ticket I bought?

Currently, it is not possible to upgrade a ticket once it has been purchased. However, attendees have the option to buy an additional ticket that grants access to events not included in their original ticket.

Payments & Invoices

What are the available payment methods?

You can pay using PayPal, Credit Card, or Bank Transfer.

I can't save my billing information. What could be the problem?

If you are unable to save your billing information, the problem might be with the address. If the system did not provide you with a pre-filled address to select when you entered your address, it may not have recognized it as valid.

Simply click on "Can't find your address? Add it manually" to enter your address details. This should allow you to save your billing information easily.

Where do I download my invoice?

You can download the invoices for your purchases at any time from your Reserved Area, in the "Orders and Invoices" section.

If you paid by card or PayPal, the invoice will be available within 24 hours of payment. For bank transfers, it will be available within 24 hours of confirmation of receipt of the transfer.
