The personal data processed and stored for all the purposes set out in this information notice are processed and stored for a period not exceeding 12 months from the date of each collection.

The Data Controller reserves the right, in any case, to request that the data subject renew his/her consent to processing and/or to verify the consents already expressed.

  1. Optional nature of consent and consequences of failure to give consent

With regard to personal data processed through technical cookies in order to allow proper use of the website, the provision of personal data is not a contractual obligation in relation to technical cookies, but based on the legitimate interest of the data controller, since without such processing, the fully functioning website could not be made available.

Privacy Policy for personal data processing (Ticket purchase)

  1. General Terms and Seller's Identity

The offer and sale of participation in AI*Festival, presented on the website available at https://en.aifestival.it/, are governed by these general online sales conditions (hereinafter, for brevity, "General Conditions") governing the relationship between Search On Media Group S.r.l., VAT number 02418200800, with registered office in Via Ugo Bassi 7, Bologna (BO), info@aifestival.it, (hereinafter "Search On Media"), and the Customer, as defined below. The provisions set out in the General Conditions published on the Official Site, as defined below, available at the time of the conclusion of the Contract, shall apply to the relationship with the Customer.

  1. Definitions

The following terms and expressions shall have the meaning indicated below for each of them within the General Conditions, the Contract, and in the execution phases thereof; singular terms shall be understood as defined in the plural and vice versa;

"Customer": means any user who purchases participation in AI*Festival, accepting the General Conditions and the Contract;

"Consumer": means any natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft, or professional activities they may carry out;

"Contract": means the agreement between Search On Media and the Customer aimed at regulating their legal relationship as governed by the General Conditions, the Order Form, and any other information provided within the Ecommerce platform.

"General conditions": means the present document;

"Event Venue": means the set of buildings and lands that make up the locations for the AI*Festival.

"Order form": means the document that supplements the General Conditions;

"Parties": means Search On Media and the Customer together;

"Participation": means the admission ticket to the AI*Festival, purchased on the Official Site;

"Official Site": means the website available at https://en.aifestival.it/, where you can purchase Participation;

"AI*Festival": means the AI*Festival event that will take place at the MiCo Fair in Milan on February 14 and 15, 2024, as defined on the Official Site.

The Controller may process personal data relating to customers and suppliers, whether they are interested and/or contracting parties, as defined by the current legislation on personal data.

Personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

a) for contractual purposes and/or connected to the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted upon specific request, as well as to fulfill any legal obligations connected to these purposes. In this case, the legal basis is the need to process the data to perform the contract and/or manage pre-contractual relationships;

b) to send direct marketing communications, newsletters, advertising material, through traditional contact systems and automated computer systems, including commercial or promotional communications via email or SMS, or for market research and analysis. In this case, the legal basis is the consent expressed in accordance with this information;

c) for purposes connected to the relevant legal obligations, if processing has been carried out for the purposes set out in letter a). In this case, the legal basis is the Controller's legal obligation to process such personal data in accordance with applicable national legislation.

Regarding personal data processed and stored for the purposes outlined in point a), number 7 of this information notice (contractual and pre-contractual purposes), point d), number 7 (legal purposes), processing will occur through paper-based tools, automated logic, and the use of CRM management software that will enable the best fulfillment of contractual obligations;

regarding personal data processed for the purposes outlined in point b), number 7 of this information notice (marketing purposes), processing will be carried out through automated software for sending commercial information.

Only data provided in accordance with this information notice will be processed, collected at our headquarters or through email correspondence. In relation to processing carried out for the purposes of providing personalized services through profiling, such data may be correlated in order to obtain further profiled information. Personal data from publicly accessible sources will not be processed.

Personal data may be disclosed to:

communication companies that carry out commercial communication and profiling activities on behalf of the Controller, if the relevant consent has been given, which act as data processors;

companies that offer information society services, including in particular those offering hosting services;

companies that carry out statistical and market research, if the relevant consent has been given;

accounting audit companies;

consultancy and certification obtaining companies;

tax and legal consultancy companies;

the company responsible for corporate ICT services.

Under no circumstances will data be processed belonging to the following categories: special data, such as data suitable for revealing health status.

controlled and/or controlling organizations.

The transfer of personal data to such third parties, if based in a third country or international organization, is made in the presence of a decision on the adequacy of protection by the European Commission, which has verified how the third country, territory, or one or more specific sectors within the third country, or the international organization in question guarantee an adequate level of protection of rights. In any case, the Controller - if deemed appropriate - reserves the right to conclude specific separate agreements that oblige such parties to adopt adequate security measures, including organizational measures, aimed at offering appropriate guarantees with regard to rights. Data may be transferred to the following countries: UK, United States of America. To obtain a copy of such data or the location where it has been made available, it is sufficient to send the relevant request to the Controller, at the addresses indicated in the header.

  1. Personal data retention period

Personal data processed and stored for the purposes outlined in point a), number 7 of this information notice (contractual and pre-contractual purposes) are processed for a period of time not exceeding 10 years from the cessation of contract effects, in case of its conclusion, and, in the case of mere pre-contractual negotiations, for a period not exceeding 10 years from the cessation of negotiations.

Personal data processed for the purposes outlined in point b), number 7 of this information notice (marketing purposes) are processed and stored until the data subject requests their deletion and/or revocation.

Personal data processed and stored for the purposes outlined in point c), number 7 (compliance with legal obligations) are processed and stored for a period not exceeding 10 years from the cessation of contract effects, in case of its conclusion, and, in the case of mere pre-contractual negotiations, for a period not exceeding 10 years from the cessation of negotiations, subject to, in any case, different legal provisions.

  1. Optional nature of consent and consequences of lack of consent

Regarding the personal data processed and stored for the purposes indicated in point a) number 7 of this privacy policy (contractual and pre-contractual purposes), the communication of personal data is a contractual obligation and a necessary requirement for carrying out pre-contractual negotiations and for the conclusion of the contract. The data subject has the option to provide personal data; however, in case of failure to provide such data, it will not be possible to conclude any contract or carry out any contractual negotiation.

Regarding the personal data processed for the purposes indicated in point b) number 7 of this privacy policy (marketing purposes), the communication of personal data is not a contractual obligation. The data subject has the option to provide personal data; however, in case of failure to provide such data, it will not be possible to carry out any marketing activity.

Regarding the personal data processed for the purposes indicated in point c) number 7 of this privacy policy (legal obligations), the communication of personal data is a legal obligation. There is an obligation, in this case, to provide personal data; in case of failure to provide such data, it will not be possible to conclude the contract.

The General Conditions govern the purchase of Participation in the AI*Festival.

Participation in the AI*Festival may be of five types:

a. FULL

Participation in the AI*Festival includes:

  • The ability to physically access the AI*Festival every day of the event;

  • Access to video recordings of all AI*Festival interventions, if made, as well as other material published online and available within the Master Club and in the reserved area on the Official Website. This ability can be exercised as long as the Customer keeps their account active within the Master Club;

  • Access to online live sessions of the AI*Festival scheduled for February 15 and 15, 2024, through Ibrida or other suitable platform that will be notified through official channels.

b. FULL DAILY

Participation in the AI*Festival includes:

  • The ability to physically access the AI*Festival on the chosen day;

  • Access to video recordings of AI*Festival interventions related to the chosen day, as well as other material published online and available within the Master Club and in the reserved area on the Official Website. This ability can be exercised as long as the Customer keeps their account active within the Master Club;

  • Access to online live sessions of the AI*Festival scheduled for the chosen day, through Ibrida or other suitable platform that will be notified through official channels.

c. VISITOR

Participation in the AI*Festival includes:

  • The ability to physically access the AI*Festival every day of the event;

  • Free access to the Mainstage, Expo Area, business and networking events, b2b meetings, Job Placement, concerts, and shows for 3 days.

d. VISITOR DAILY

Participation in the AI*Festival includes:

  • The ability to physically access the AI*Festival on the chosen day;

  • Free access to the Mainstage, Expo Area, business and networking events, b2b meetings, Job Placement, concerts, and shows scheduled for the chosen day.

e. ONLINE

Participation in the AI*Festival includes:

  • Access to video recordings of all AI*Festival interventions, if made, as well as other material published online and available within the Master Club and in the reserved area on the Official Website. This ability can be exercised as long as the Customer keeps their account active within the Master Club;

  • Access to online live sessions of the AI*Festival scheduled for February 14 and 15, 2024, through Ibrida or other suitable platform that will be notified through official channels.

The use of Ibrida is a necessary but not sufficient condition for accessing the AI*Festival live sessions online. If the Customer does not have Ibrida, it will not be possible to access the AI*Festival online.

Search On Media does not intend to enter into any contract with Consumer individuals. Therefore, the Consumer is required not to enter into the Contract.

The Customer can proceed with the purchase of both types of participation together or separately, in accordance with what is required in the Order Form.

Customers are solely responsible for their devices, including software and connectivity services used to fulfill the Contract.

Customers must take security measures to protect the devices they use that are appropriate to their knowledge, technical progress, nature of the computer systems, and specific characteristics of the devices, in order to minimize the risks of destruction, data loss, or unauthorized access to them.

Search On Media reserves the right to refuse or cancel requests from:

  • A Customer who has previously violated the General Conditions in previous editions of the AI*Festival;

  • A Customer who has been involved in any type of fraud, particularly credit card payment fraud;

  • Customers who have provided false, invented, fictitious, incomplete, or otherwise inaccurate identification data and/or data referring to third parties;

  • Customers who subsequently turned out to be consumers.

  1. Access to the Master Club

To proceed with the purchase of the Participation on the Official Website, the Client must access the Master Club by registering and concluding a separate contract that will regulate the provision of the platform, and by filling in the appropriate form available on the Official Website. In any case, the Client is required to ensure that the personal information provided during the registration procedure and subsequently is correct, complete and truthful. The Contract shall be deemed concluded at the moment Search on Media receives payment from the Client.

  1. Purchase of the Participation

Once the Client has accessed the Master Club, they can proceed with the purchase of the Participation by following the procedure indicated on the Official Website and by filling in the Order Form, taking care to indicate the desired number of tickets. Subsequently, the Client must read the General Conditions, print a paper copy, and store another on a durable medium that allows them to access the information personally addressed to them in the future for a period of time adequate for the purposes for which they are intended and that allows the identical reproduction of the stored information. If the Client has any doubts about the text of the General Conditions, they are required to contact customer service and not make any purchase transaction. Upon request of the Client, Search On Media may provide an electronic copy of the Contract and/or the General Conditions to the email address indicated by the Client. The Client must also give their consent to the processing of their personal data by one or more checkboxes in conformity with the privacy policy provided.

  1. Delivery of the Participation

The delivery of the purchased Participation/s on the Official Website will take place through the Master Club, by downloading the relevant document, present in a specific area, to be handled by the Client.

  1. Clause on digital content license

Search on Media may distribute or make available to Clients multimedia content related to AI*Festival. Search on Media grants the Client a non-exclusive license, with the limits of space, time, and technology provided herein, to exploit economic rights on such content, with an express prohibition to sublicense them to third parties and to derive works, solely for the correct execution of the Contract. Acts that involve the copying, even partial, of the content, except for the inalienable limits of the law, should be considered not allowed.

The content can only be accessed through the information systems of Search on Media or those listed by it, with an express prohibition of any different utilization tool.

Search on Media reserves the right, at any time, to revoke the license, without notice, and without any compensation due. Search on Media may include DRM or other technological protection measures within the content, consisting of devices and/or components intended to prevent or limit actions not authorized by the rights holder. Electronic information on the rights regime indicating the terms and conditions of use of the content subject to the services, the identity of the author of the work, as well as numbers or codes representing such information or other identification elements may also be affixed to the content. The Client is not allowed to remove DRM or the aforementioned information.

  1. Prices

The Participation fee includes VAT, if applicable. The Participation fee, as indicated at the time of purchase on the Order Form, is valid until the completion of the purchase procedure. In the event of cancellation, changes in the terms and conditions, location of the Event, or postponement of the AI*Festival, the Participation fee will not be refunded to the Customer, but will remain available to Search On Media to ensure the Customer's participation in future editions and/or new dates and/or new locations of the AI*Festival. The list of speakers on the Official AI*Festival website should be considered indicative; therefore, if one or more speakers scheduled to attend the AI*Festival are absent or replaced, such non-participation or replacement will not be considered as a cancellation of the event. Changes to the structure of the AI*Festival, the platforms used, the dates, and the locations cannot be considered as contractual breaches or give rise to requests for refunds or compensation. In the event of unavailability of the communication services that regulate access to the online AI*Festival, including the Hybrid format, such malfunctions cannot be considered as a cancellation of the AI*Festival, in whole or in part.

  1. Payment methods

The Customer can pay the due amount using the following reliable and secure payment methods:

PayPal Circuit;

Credit cards;

Bank transfer;

Any other payment methods indicated on the Official website.

Search On Media reserves the right to vary or add payment methods that can be used by the Customer at any time, at its discretion. In the case of payment by credit card, the agreed price will be charged to the Customer after verifying the credit card details and receiving authorization to charge from the credit card company used by the Customer. The credit card data sent during the ordering process is protected and sent directly to the bank that manages the payments. The payment is made directly on a secure server with SSL encryption key to ensure the security of the transaction. In the case of payment through PayPal, when the Customer sends the order, the session will be transferred to a secure PayPal site. On that site, the Customer can complete the payment using their PayPal account, in accordance with the terms of use of the PayPal service subscribed by the Customer at that time or previously. The price will be charged to the Customer's PayPal account simultaneously with the order confirmation. Search On Media reserves the right to vary or add payment methods that can be used on the Official website at any time.

  1. Access to the AI*Festival

All Customers must have a valid ID document and the email confirmation of the purchase to access the AI*Festival on the day of the event. The Participation is valid only for the edition of the AI*Festival for which it was purchased, on the day and time indicated. Search On Media may refuse access to the Event location for irregularities in the Participation and may carry out checks on the person for security and hygiene reasons. In the case of Online Participation, Customers will receive instructions via email on how to access the AI*Festival online. If it is found that the Participation has been stolen, duplicated or obtained in violation of these General Conditions and/or legal terms, the person holding the Participation may not be authorized to access the Event location or may be forced to leave. During the participation, each Customer must show an identification card provided by the organization or proof of the purchased participation title, even by email. The Customer is required, for the correct use of the AI*Festival - and in particular, in the case of online streaming - to comply with all the following minimum requirements related to the device they intend to use and the hardware available.

The domains and sub-domains used by Customers for connectivity must never have been reported as malicious or dangerous to any third party (including antivirus and firewall manufacturers) and must allow the use of the technologies used to provide AI*Festival. It is necessary to disable browser extensions of any kind that may inhibit correct functioning (e.g. ad blockers, etc.) of the AI*Festival infrastructure.

The Customer must avoid using DNS with any kind of block and proxy for browsing.

  1. Information on Participation/postponement or cancellation of AI*Festival

In order to make participation clear and transparent, the program and necessary information regarding the AI*Festival event are made available on the Official Site. The list of speakers, initiatives related to AI*Festival, sponsors, and exhibitors is for informational purposes only. The organization reserves the right to make changes at any time. The choice of the Event Location, the technologies used, and the respective dates may be subject to change. Search On Media reserves the right to make AI*Festival available at its discretion, even entirely online, without requiring the physical presence of the Customer, and therefore does not guarantee that AI*Festival can be held with the physical presence of participants and speakers. In case AI*Festival is postponed by Search On Media, the Customer will not be entitled to any refund but will have the right to participate in the event on the new dates indicated. In case of cancellation for reasons of public safety or force majeure, which may also be evaluated as such by Search On Media, the right to a refund is expressly excluded. Any other warranty is expressly excluded.

  1. Discrepancies in the Participation received compared to the purchased ones

Without prejudice to what is provided in the preceding articles, in all cases of discrepancies in the Participation compared to the purchased ones, the Customer may contact Search On Media at the addresses provided in point 1 of the General Conditions.

  1. Prohibitions related to Participations

Participations cannot be resold, for consideration or for free, without the express consent of Search On Media and in any case if Search On Media specifically prohibits the transfer of ownership based on principles of nominativity. In addition, Participations cannot constitute the prize of prize events, whether or not falling within the scope of application of DPR 430/2001 or other prize or promotional initiatives (such as, for example, competitions or lotteries), except in the case of prior written authorization issued by Search On Media.

  1. Complaints

For any complaints, please contact Search On Media directly at the addresses indicated in point 1 of these General Conditions.

  1. Withdrawal

Once the Contract has been concluded, the Customer cannot in any way withdraw from it, without prejudice to legal limits. In particular, the Customer cannot request a refund of tickets, even if they have not used or cannot use the participation.

  1. Assignment

Search On Media may replace itself with a different party and/or assign and/or subcontract any obligation arising from the Contract, in whole or in part, at any time and without any notice or obligation to communicate to the Customer.

  1. Limitation of liability

Search On Media cannot be held responsible for the expenses and damages, direct and indirect, of any kind, suffered by the Customer in relation to the execution and/or non-execution and/or inaccurate execution of the Contract and/or the Customer's Participation in AI*Festival. Search On Media will be indemnified and held harmless by the Customer from all damages and expenses, sanctions and, in general, from any obligation to pay sums of money, arising from activities directly or indirectly related to the performance of the Contract. The Customer also waives any request, claim, action in civil court, also for economic and/or compensation damages, against Search On Media directly related to the non-performance and/or inaccurate performance of the Contract. Search on Media will not be responsible for any theft or loss of money, materials, or goods that occur within the event. Any other warranty is expressly excluded. This clause does not apply in cases of fraud or gross negligence.

  1. Privacy

The Customer is required to review the Privacy Policy, pursuant to the current legislation, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation 679/2016, directly on the website at the address https://en.aifestival.it/policies/.

  1. Applicable law and competent court

The Contract is governed by Italian law. In case of disputes arising from the interpretation and/or execution of the Contract, only the Court of Milan shall have jurisdiction.

  1. Modification of the General Conditions

The General Conditions may be modified by Search On Media at any time.

In this case, the legal basis of the processing is the data subject's consent. With regard to the personal data processed and stored for the aforementioned purposes, the communication of personal data is not a contractual obligation. The data subject has the option to provide personal data; however, if such data is not communicated, it will not be possible to transfer the data to the Partners, who will not be able to send any communication.

Only personal data provided in accordance with this information, collected through a specific form, will be processed. Personal data originating from publicly accessible sources will not be processed.

  • The Partners;

Personal data processed and stored for the purposes indicated in point 3 of this information notice are processed for a period of 10 years following communication to the Data Controller. Partners may adopt different retention periods.

The data subject has the right to object in the following terms:

The right to object at any time, for reasons related to his or her particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning him or her under Article 6(1)(e) or (f) of the GDPR, including profiling based on those provisions. The Data Controller refrains from further processing the personal data unless he demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise or defence of a legal claim;

Where personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, the data subject shall have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning him or her for such marketing, which includes profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing;

In the event of objection to processing for direct marketing purposes, personal data shall no longer be processed for such purposes. It is specified that the data subject's right to object to the processing of his or her personal data for the aforementioned purposes may also be exercised only in part, i.e. by objecting, for example, only to the sending of promotional communications carried out through automated and/or digital tools, or to the sending of paper communications;

  1. Introduction

Pursuant to Regulation 2016/679/EU (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR) and the applicable provisions of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (the so-called Privacy Code), as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018, Search On Media Group S.r.l. provides hereafter the information regarding the processing of personal data provided for the Google Assistant integration service, hereafter the "Service".

  1. Purposes for which data processing is necessary and related legal basis

Your personal data related to the provision of the Service (e.g. personal information) will be processed by Search On Media Group S.r.l. to provide information and services requested directly by you to Google Assistant through voice interaction.

Your personal data may also be processed to comply with legal, regulatory or European Union provisions, as well as provisions of sector supervisory authorities or other authorized institutional entities.

The provision of your data is optional, but is necessary to achieve the purposes described above; failure, partial or inaccurate provision may result in the inability to provide you with the requested services.

  1. Data retention

Search On Media Group S.r.l. retains your personal data for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are collected or subsequently processed, as well as for the period provided by law for administrative purposes, management of any claims/controversies or criminal proceedings.

The processing of data will be carried out manually (e.g. on paper) and/or through computerized and telematic tools (e.g. using electronic procedures and supports), with organizational and data processing logics related to the aforementioned purposes and, in any case, in a way that guarantees the security and confidentiality of the data.

General Customer Care Management Conditions

  1. Seller's Conditions and Identity

These general contract conditions (hereinafter, "General Conditions") govern the relationship between Search On Media Group S.r.l., VAT number 02418200800, with registered office in Via Ugo Bassi 7, Bologna (BO), email info@searchon.it (hereinafter, "Search On Media") and the user (hereinafter, "User"). Search On Media and the User may be referred to separately as the "Party" and collectively as the "Parties."

  1. Definitions

The following terms and expressions will have the meanings set forth below within the General Conditions; the terms defined in the singular shall be deemed to also include the plural and vice versa.

"Consumer": means any natural person who acts for purposes that are outside his or her trade, business, craft or profession, if any;

"Event": means the Customer Care Management 2020: a free online training event on the main themes of integrated customer experience management.

"Platform": refers to the Ibrida.io Software platform used by Search On Media for the online transmission of the Event, owned by Search On Media;

"Software": means an expression of an organized and structured set of instructions or symbols capable directly or indirectly of performing or obtaining a predefined function, task or result by means of an electronic information processing system. The term Software, as used in this document, qualifies any computer program - in any expressive form, including source code and executable format - firmware protocol, development kit, library, documentation, standard, format, architecture, language;

"User": means the consumer, over 18 (eighteen) years of age, who accesses the Event.

  1. Object

With this agreement, the Parties intend to regulate the access to the Event by Users and the respective obligations of the Parties. The event will be provided free of charge. Users undertake to use the Platform only for informative and/or professional purposes. Consumers or anyone who is not of legal age are invited not to participate in the event and not to establish any contractual relationship with Search On Media in relation to the Event itself.

  1. Access

To proceed with the free registration for the event, the Customer must enter his or her credentials at the bottom of the page at the following link https://www.webmarketing.it/customer-care-management/ if already in possession of them, or must proceed with a new free registration at the same link. Subsequently, users will receive via email instructions for accessing the Platform and thus the Customer Care Management 2020 event. The User, in any case, is required to ensure that the personal information provided during the registration procedure and subsequently is correct, complete and truthful.

  1. Security of credentials

The User is responsible for any use of the Platform through his or her credentials. The User agrees to maintain the confidentiality of his or her Account, credentials, and any passwords necessary to use the Platform. If the User believes that there has been unauthorized use of his or her Account, credentials, or passwords, the User must inform Search On Media by PEC or email within 24 (twenty-four) hours of discovering the violation.

The User is required to report to Search On Media any case, even suspected, of unauthorized or illegal use of the Platform.

  1. Limitation of liability

Search On Media cannot be held liable for any damages of any kind and entity arising to the User and/or third parties due to the activity performed or the participation in the Event. Search On Media will be held harmless and indemnified by the User from all damages and expenses, sanctions, and in general, from any obligation to pay sums of money, due to activities directly or indirectly connected with the performance of this agreement. The User also waives any request, claim, action in civil court, even for economic compensation and/or damages, against Search On Media directly related to the non-performance and/or inaccurate performance of this agreement.

Users also exclude any liability on the part of Search On Media for the malfunctioning of the Platform. This clause does not apply in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

  1. Maintenance

Search On Media reserves, from now on, the right, in its sole discretion, to interrupt or suspend the Event at any time to maintain, modify and/or update the Platform. During the activities indicated here, the Platform may not be temporarily available.

  1. Cancellation of the Event

In case the Event is cancelled or postponed, Search On Media will send a communication via email to the addresses used for registration in order to promptly inform the User.

  1. Processing of personal data

The User is required to read the privacy policy, pursuant to current legislation, including EU General Data Protection Regulation 679/2016, available at the following address: https://en.aifestival.it/

  1. Intellectual and industrial property

The Platform and the content shown during the Event are protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property rights. The content published on the Platform and shown during the Event - including, but not limited to, trademarks, logos, images, slides, video or audio inserts, as well as the application software and codes used to implement the Platform - are the exclusive property of Search On Media or used by it with the authorization or license of the legitimate owner. The User may use such content only if strictly necessary for the proper use of the Platform. Any other use is prohibited.

  1. Applicable law and competent court

The Parties agree that the Contract is governed by Italian law.

For any dispute arising directly or indirectly from the Contract, the Parties indicate the exclusive jurisdiction of the Milan Court.
